Job Description Ford Credit Global Business Center is seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Accounts Services / Vehicle Liquidation Representatives / Accounting Analyst. Candidate must quickly learn Ford Credit processes and accurately complete, the processes before stipulated timelines. Candidate to look for Improvement opportunities by constantly reviewing the process and question the status quo which will result in process efficiency. Candidate should be willing to work in Night shift and also flexible shift timings based on business requirement. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities : Consistently meet the deliverables (daily / monthly / quarterly) maintaining 100% quality Develop Process and Business knowledge, build the ability to integrate Up-stream and Down-stream processes Frequently review Procedures, Job Aids, Finance Manuals and Training materials to understand the changes in the process Update training material & process documentation with procedural changes, if any Adhere to Process controls and identify opportunities to enhance controls Ideate and support process improvements / automation Adhere with Data privacy / protection guidelines Report any process discrepancies / unusual events immediately to Team Leader / COM Strong in accounting and statutory reporting Develop Process and Business knowledge, build the ability to integrate Up-stream and Down-stream processes Frequently review Procedures, Job Aids, Finance Manuals and Training materials to understand the changes in the process Ensure training material & process documentation are updated with procedural changes Perform process reviews and ensure that controls are working in the process Ideate and support in process improvements / automation. Encourage the team to bring in more ideas. Adhere and ensure Data privacy / protection guidelines are followed Report any process discrepancies / unusual events immediately to the relevant teams and escalate as and when required Strong in accounting and statutory reporting. Lead and support month end / quarter end process. Work on self-development and also for the development of the team Qualifications Candidate Profile 2 to 5 years of experience in banking / Finance institutions / accounting Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office tools / Alteryx / MicroSoft Power tools / SAP Excellent Communication skills Willingness to learn new things, Question processes & Explore new avenues Collaborate effort for common goals - Be an efficient Team player Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree from Commerce / Business / Banking / CA (Inter & Qualified) / CMA (Inter and Qualified)
