- Ownership of the Projects delivery, having control across the multiple projects.
- Develop and standardize best practices and process across teams.
- Track modification costs; conduct project reviews & audits. Review & manage the project.
- Track projects health and communicate to MGMT
- Organize & manage the resource pool.
- Optimization of resources through tracking and planning.
- Study the plan for risks involved and pro- actively suggest risk mitigation strategies
- Achieve project objectives to specified time, cost and quality
- Work closely with all project teams, guide, offer technical assistance, mentor to ensure quality output from them.
- Manage, nurture, train, develop human resources across project teams
- Technical Analysis, Requirement collection gathering and working with Business and project teams for successful delivery of projects. Additional Responsibilities
- Performance Management - Lead a team of Project Managers who in turn manage individual or multiple project teams comprising of engineers, set goals for individual Managers, measure results and maintain high standards of excellence
