As a STEM Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This is a full-time position located in Panaji, Goa, India. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.   • A bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
  • Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer languages and computer skills.
  • Experience in teaching robotics, coding, and programming.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience as an ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Incharge will be a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive STEM lessons to students of different age groups.
  • Create and implement curriculum plans that align with the educational standards.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
  • Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences into the curriculum.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in STEM education.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in their STEM-related projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.
