- As a Specialist for digital adoption, you’ll be prime solution and workflow builder for various Chegg Platforms using WalkMe or similar DAP tool.
- Lead 3rd party tool integration projects with DAP tools using API/Webhooks etc.
- Design and develop interactive WalkMe guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs to assist users in navigating through digital platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such JIRA & CONFLUENCE, including product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and define the scope of WalkMe projects.
- Customize and configure WalkMe elements, such as SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Surveys, to align with specific business objectives and user needs.
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices related to the WalkMe platform and proactively recommend enhancements or improvements to maximize its effectiveness.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate the adoption of WalkMe among internal teams and end-users.
- Mentor the team and provide technical help in jQuery/JavaScript Variable and HTML/CSS for building complex workflows, creating segments, and customizing UI.
- Use Amplitude and WalkMe analytics to monitor goals, user behavior, and engagement levels across all WalkMe content. Creating track events and funnels to derive actionable for increasing adoption.
- For internal processes, you’ll be collaborating with Business, Product and Engineering teams to helpimplement CRM solutions like Braze/MoEngage/CleverTap or similar.
- Min. 4 years hands-on experience on digital adoption platform like WalkMe or similar.
- 4 to 5 year experience in B2C marketing function, preferably with a digital service/ecommerce organization.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Experience in creating and managing backlog on project management Jira or similar tools.
- Problem solving mindset with ability to analyze large datasets to identify action items.
- Proficiency in creating and customizing WalkMe solutions, including building flows, designing layouts, and configuring rules and triggers.
- Knowledge of learning design principles and instructional design
- Working knowledge and implementation experience for CRM solutions like Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage or similar tools.
- Experience on Amplitude or similar analytics applications.
