Reporting to Head of Legal you will be responsible for managing the entire legal operations of the organisation including various contracts , transaction, M&A etc

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
Manage transactions, M&A as well as real estate and leasing agreements.
Manage corporate matters;
Work with and manage external counsels in litigation and other significant legal disputes;
Handle compliance matters and investigations;
Advise on various other matters (such as employment matters) in daily operation;
Provide training on legal and compliance topics.
