- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Actively engage with new customers to introduce our products and highlight their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase features, advantages, and applications of our machines.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with detailed product knowledge.
- Follow up on quotations, leads, inquiries, and customer orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales transactions.
- Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on progress and challenges.
- Input relevant sales data into the ERP system and HRMS accurately.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness for effective reporting.
