For more details, please go through: www.workplaceindia.com Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, meeting targets, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Should hold experience in Interior Product Industry. Working towards monthly or annual targets. Meeting with architects, interior designers, contractors, PMC, and clients virtually or during sales visits demonstrating and presenting products for glass partitions, furniture & floorings. Establishing new business. Maintaining accurate records of transactions. Coordinating between internal and external teams to achieve timely project delivery. Ensuring proper invoicing and submission of the same to the client and PMC in following up for any documentation required. Attending mock ups, trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry meetings. Keeping track of collection of the payments in timely manner. Reviewing sales performance. Negotiating contracts and packages. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of successful sales performance, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a comparable role. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, adept at building rapport and closing deals effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
