Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at TechOwl SHIELD located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will also play a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with our core values. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in HR policies, procedures, and employment law Experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of performance management and employee development processes Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the information security industry is a plus
