As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new corporate clients across various industries. If you have a proven track record in hardcore sales, with experience in door-to-door cold sales, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, we invite you to join us in expanding our client base and driving business success.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of our IoT products.
- Proactively generate leads and identify sales opportunities for IoT-based waterflow meters in the Indian territory through targeted calling campaigns and prospecting activities.
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new corporate clients through door-to-door cold sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and real estate.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, showcasing Uniserve's outsourcing services and value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and Uniserve's business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the Indian territory, with a focus on selling SaaS platforms or IoT products.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and techniques, with experience selling to industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, education, healthcare, and real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
