We are hiring a "Quality Controller - Engineer”for a Leading Manufacturer and Heat exchange Company.Position is based at Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat. Find below more details about this job opportunity:About The Company: Specialists in stainless steel boiler-making and heat exchange systems, developing, manufacturing and marketing milk coolers and wine-making equipment as well as equipment for cryogenic processes and freezing for the food-processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.Job Title: "Quality Controller - Engineer”Experience: 2 Years to 3 yearsIndustry: Manufacture Engineer companyJob Location: Halol, Vadodara, GujaratEducational Qualification: Mechanical EngineeringWork Experience:

Experience (2 to 3 years exp.) in quality control with industrial companies.
Strong Technical Background (MS or BS), preferably in Mechanical eng.
Good exposure of whole quality control department (receipt of material, controls during production, finished goods, quality management methods...)
Good knowledge of quality control methods and measurements methods (voltage, pressures, temperature...)
Spoken languages: English, Gujarati
Computer and SAP basic knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Certify that the products dispatched to final customers are in total conformity with the requirements, drawings, regulations and internal Group of organisation quality standards.
Ensure the comprehensiveness of documents used for employees in India.
Update documents and keep records of final control and dispatches.
Responsible of the respect of quality level for goods produced at factory level as per Group of organisation quality standards.

Production level

Responsible of analysis of non conformity for production and definition of causes.
Responsible of definition of corrective actions, application and follow up of their impact on quality improvement of a process.
Responsible of corrective actions request to suppliers in case of non conformity.
Responsible of the quality control for all incoming material in factory as per criteria defined (conformity control)
Responsible of control of finished goods and accessories before dispatch to ensure total quality of products dispatched.
Responsible of control of semi-finished BMC after calibration.
Responsible to follow traceability of the product

Personal competences :

Good relational, communicating skills and team work spirit.
Able to analyze, organize information and present clear summary.
