- Develop marketing strategies for business development within the Zone.
- Have to bring in new franchisees to the organization by interviewing and evaluating prospective franchisees, including understanding their inquiries and responding accordingly.
- Identify Regions / Territories within the Zone with scope for opening new Franchisees.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets provided by the management team for self and the team.
- Have to handle franchise documentation, agreements, etc.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Education and Other Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of achieving targets, communication and business skills
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
