The Assistant Vice President Business Development will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to new business development, business planning, contract negotiation, sales, and account management. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to drive growth opportunities for the company. New Business Development, Business Planning, and Sales skills. Hiting and managing Direct and Indirect Sales team. Experience in financial services distribution, with in depth knowledge of Retail Lending products. Experience in contract negotiation and account management Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
