Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Email Marketing Specialist at HRJEE. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing email marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing analytics, generating leads, and utilizing marketing automation tools. The Email Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for using email marketing software to create and optimize email campaigns. Qualifications Experience in marketing analytics, communication, and lead generation Proficiency in using marketing automation tools Expertise in utilizing email marketing software for campaign creation and optimization Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the HR industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
