Key Responsibilities: Under the guidance of management, the Graduate Trainee will rotate through different engineering roles to perform various tasks. Understanding working principles of Steam Turbine Machines Assist with proposal management, design reviews, project management, and technical documentation Create and check engineering related documents as per the Quality Management System (QMS) Design Approval Matrix Interacting with internal departments and global team to align local with corporate values. Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships. Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement. Interacting with suppliers and conduct visits as and when required. Perform day-to-day processing, recording, and reporting of financial data, customer and vendor information, permits, materials, human resources, and other operational information You can help us with these qualifications: Outstanding degree results (Bachelor in Engineering) Practical experience gained from internships/student trainee roles (Not mandatory) Very good English skills (German and other languages an advantage) Non-academic commitments Ability to work in a team, be proactive, flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking You have very good problem solving, communication and cooperative skills You are open to foreign cultures, globally mobile and flexible with respect to your job That is important to us: Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
