Responsible for the Operations and management of CyberSecurity Tools and IAM.
This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their IAM tools.
Primary responsibility will be to provide operations expertise, ensure quality service delivery, and coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
Commitment to collaborative problem solving, security mindset with analytical knowledge and product knowledge is essential.Roles and Responsibilities:
Focus on operational stability
Budgeting and P/L management of business.
Proposals, SOW s, Solutions, Contract review, documentation and negotiation experience
Value add to customer-YOY by working closely with the Transformation
Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
1- Solutions Good understanding of IT, IAM & PAM tools and architecture
2- Delivery excellence Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, ACSAT score
3- Operational Excellence - Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization, Attrition; Hygiene and internal compliances.
4- Customer Management Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization.
Collaboration - with Account management teams in managing governance;
Qualify Business expansion opportunities and contract related efforts.

3. UAM(1.) Security policy analysis and fine tuning, participate in cyber security review calls on change requests and recommendation on policy changes. (2.) Investigate security incidents, Help L3 team in RCA, and working with teams for all the ongoing issues. (3.) Implement changes, Monitors security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (4.) Knowledge TransferorTrainings Create configuration documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) Understand the security environment and respective product, Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools
