Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, credibility, KOL engagement and lead generation Lead the development of marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, KOL engagement, physical events, social media and PR. Identify target segments together with businesses and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies to effectively reach and engage key stakeholders. Skills and Expertise Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare or technology industry. Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, payer landscape, and customer needs. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
