Sr. NoDetails1Responsible for the preparation calculations and review of process design drawings in accordance to customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices in the design of industrial plants such as organic chemicals, petrochemicals & other chemical industries.2To carry out activities like specification data sheet & basic engineering calculations.3To generate PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, operation manuals to comply with clients’ requirement.4To carry out heat and material balances.5Co-ordination with service departments for carrying out Process Troubleshooting & process scale up6To carry out hydraulic design for pumps & develop respective process datasheets.7Effectively generating data from Pilot plant/Kilo lab for Designing of Commercial Scale Plant.8To conduct or attend P&ID design reviews, HAZOP.9To coordinate with Project Team and other Department Engineers to facilitate smooth progress of engineering work.10To perform other functions that may be assigned by Department Manager.11Has to be computer savvy & expertise in AUTO CAD.12Should have exposure to or worked in following departments:a.Technical Services.b.Process Design.c.Front End Project Eng. (BEP).d.Technology Development/Transfer
