Front-end Developer - Galway/HybridOur client, an expanding multinational in the IoT space seeks to hire an experienced Front-End Developer with a background working on .Net applications to join their team and contribute to new and existing development projects.Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions to tackle big industry problems using Angular, C#, .NET.
  • Write well designed, scalable, reliable, testable, and reusable code by using best software development practices, clean code, solid principles and contribute towards the entire development life cycle of analysis, design, implementation, and test.
  • Support the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of database support tools and applications.
  • Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects.
  • Automation, including writing unit and integration tests.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for code, technical documentation, deliverables and collaborate on projects with a team comprised of varying skillsets through code reviews and design discussions.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science graduate with excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and you understand the logic behind the relationships within programs themselves.
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Development
  • Strong hands-on experience in software development & solution design preferably with product companies.
  • Expertise in modern front-end technologies, such as JavaScript/Typescript, Angular 10, HTML5, SCSS, and NGRX (Redux for Angular is nice to have).
  • A plus to have experience with: Microsoft technology stack-.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server.
  • Independently write code, unit test cases, BDD and automation scripts.
  • Excellent understanding of unit test principles, multi-layer architecture, SOA principles and best development practices
  • A broad experience of architecture, infrastructure, software, and computing systems with a proven track record of designing and developing solutions for end users on a cross platform systems.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum/XP, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and update your skills, and you like to share knowledge with others.
