Our client is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join their team. The Logistics Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling deliveries and pickups, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including tracking numbers, shipping documents, and delivery receipts.Communicate with customers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Troubleshoot any transportation issues, such as delays or damages, and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements.Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and logistics softwareKnowledge of transportation regulations and requirements.If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, send your CV today
