- A US based Technology company with its Irish office located in Dundalk, Co Louth
- Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist
- They are offering the Hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
- They are a great company to work for with great people
- You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable mailbox
- You will also be dealing with Expense Management
- Processing Invoices and coding Invoices
- Dealing with any Invoice queries
- Dealing with suppliers, banks and internal departments
- Monitor and auditing expenses
- Month end close and Reconciliations
- Reporting of Data and Metrics
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are adhered to
- Administration
- Reporting
- A Degree in Accounting is a strong advantage
- At least 2 years ‘experience gained in Accounts Payable
- At least 2 years’ experience gained in Expense Management
- Experience gained in dealing with International Payments
- Expert user in Microsoft office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
