Salary € 0 - 30,000, 30,000 -40,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time office administrator in Co. Kildare.The role is fully office basedMonday - Friday 8.30am - 5pmSalary up to €32,000Main requirements:
- Purchase Orders - Generating and issuing Purchase orders on our accounts package.
- Credit card payments as required.
- Booking and paying for training courses as required.
- Booking couriers.
- Booking UK Trips for employees, booking boats/hotels, dealing with Revenue.
- Dealing with customs clearance Ireland in relation to goods coming in from UK and making sure relevant paperwork is sent..
- Covering reception when required.
- Sales Invoicing support when required.
