Oversee procurement process from sourcing to invoice clearance.
Source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Analyse bids and process purchase orders.
Communicate with suppliers and accounts payable regarding invoice inquiries.
Generate regular reports on purchasing activities.
Maintain procurement schedules and negotiate vendor alliances.

Role requirements:

Third level qualification in construction or supply chain
Previous Buying/Procurement experience in construction or engineering industries
Experience working on pharma related projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Flexibility for travel in Ireland and Europe
