My client, a medical device manufacturer, are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer for their manufacturing site. The NPI Engineer will work on projects involving the identification, introduction, and validation of new equipment, processes, products and technologies.Responsibilities· Manage, develop and validate new process· Run trials & feasibility studies for new products and new technology· Figure out how existing processes can be applied to new opportunities· Design and implement new processes and new technologies· Designs and implements new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products to bring concept to market, including essential product and process documentation· Prepare project plans and timelines· Create new customer development proposals for development projects.· Identify, develop and implement plans for continuous improvement activities.· Complete validation plans, FMEAs, validation protocols, validation reports, control plans and test method validationsRequirements· Degree in a relevant engineering, science or related field· 3+ year's work experience in a similar role Medical device manufacturing or highly regulated industry· Proven hands on project management experienceIf interested please send your CV to laura.byrne
