Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, while conducting regular maintenance tasks like software updates and patch management.
Document support activities, solutions, and configurations accurately, and collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Offer training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Background in desktop support and field service.
Skilled in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Great communication skills and professional demeanor with clients.
IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within Munster.
