- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, while conducting regular maintenance tasks like software updates and patch management.
- Document support activities, solutions, and configurations accurately, and collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Offer training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Background in desktop support and field service.
- Skilled in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Great communication skills and professional demeanor with clients.
- IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within Munster.
