John Kelly Opel wish to recruit a Service Advisor to join our successful operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our aftersales team as we embark on a major expansion of our operations.Responsibilities will include;· Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Service Department· Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations· Appointment bookings, Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments· Preparation of Repair Estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims· Maintain product and technical knowledge across our range of passenger and commercial vehicles· Job status monitoring and customer communication· Work with our After-sales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are metThe successful candidates will have;· Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential· Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative· Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills· Strong Computer Skills including MS Office and experience with CDK/Kerridge would be advantageous· Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry· Full, clean driving licence
