- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share

- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales performance
- Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential threats and opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and generate leads
- 15 years' experience selling in the ICT sector
- Extremely organized and disciplined with a realistic approach to pipeline evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers
- An astute, commercially aware individual with a naturally inquisitive streak with the ability to overcome obstacles and simplify complexity
- Experience working to achieve and exceed sales targets and meeting management expectations in terms of accurate forecasting and activity planning
