Excellent opportunity for a credit/banking professional to join a dynamic and well-funded property finance lender. Reporting to the Head of Credit Execution, the Transaction Manager will assist with the underwriting and execution of development finance transactions. Key responsibilities will include:

Providing high quality analysis and evaluation of business plans from potential borrowers.

Creating and presenting proposals to the Investment Committee, helping to assess the overall proposal against the firm's lending standards.

Engaging with third-party professionals (e.g. solicitors, valuers and quantity surveyors) to ensure the speedy execution of transactions.

Contributing to the overall assessment and evaluation of new sectors of the market.

Supporting the portfolio management team with the documentation and execution of any amendments to ongoing facilities.

Requirements for this RoleSuccessful candidate will likely have the following background:

3+ years' experience in credit/lending at a bank or similar business. Experience with property development/project finance would be advantageous.

Excellent commercial acumen, a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to take on responsibility.
