To maximize guest satisfaction by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service.
Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
To ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed and that orders are taken efficiently.
To always be familiar with product offering (i.e. the menu, beverages on offer).
To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Company standard of presentation.
To ensure the department is properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.

About You:

Have an in-depth knowledge of drink trends and cocktails.
You will uphold our culture of Respect and possess qualities in keeping with the company core values: Excellence, Passion, Honesty, Flexibility & Fun!
You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as quality training will be provided.
You will be welcomed to a friendly, inclusive environment where you can learn and collaborate with a great team to ensure a memorable guest experience.
