As the Technical Sales Executive for our client, your role is to drive sales of EV charging solutions within your region. You'll need to understand the product range, generate leads, and close deals effectively. Additionally, you'll represent the company at networking events, provide leadership to Sales Partners, and oversee EV charging projects from inception to completion.Main Activities
- Research industry events and publications to uncover sales opportunities.
- Serve as an expert ambassador for our products and services
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base.
- Generate leads and foster client relationships.
- Finalize deals by securing license agreements.
- Manage sales communications and meetings.
- Conduct engaging demos and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, new products, and competitors.
- Lead the recruitment, coaching, and performance management of Sales Partners.
- Assess project feasibility and collaborate with contractors on design and execution.
- Craft compelling proposals that reflect our values and offerings.
Education
- Degree or trade qualification, with successful external sales experience is essential.
- External sales background in Engineering/Construction
- Experience in Electrical/Mechanical or Engineering Sales
- Preference for Hubspot experience, though not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both confident and articulate.
- Expert in negotiation.
- Proficient in technical aspects, able to identify suitable projects and understand EV charging power needs.
- Target-driven, motivated, and self-disciplined.
- Capable of working independently or within a team.
