Financial Controller, Not for Profit, DublinThe CompanyOur client are a small organisation with strong government funding to provide services in their sector. Due to an internal restructure they are seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to manage the finances of a number of entities.The Position:This will be the most senior role in finance, reporting to the Directors of the business. It is s role is hands on and involved in all areas of the business and responsible for consolidation of mulptiple business units. Duties will include:

Monthly management accounts preparation with analysis
Supervise and develop finance team
Financial and commercial analysis analysis
Tax and statutory returns
Budgeting and forecasting
Managing the audit process
Pricing Review
Lead tender process
Monitor and Develop Financial Controls
Preparation of business cases and financial modelling
Attend and present at monthly board meeitngs
Review and improve finance policies, procedures and controls
Project and ad-hoc work

The Person:

Qualified accountant, similar experience in the not for profit sector desireable
Consolidation experince
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize work
Good interpersonal skills
Process orientated
Ability to work in team environment
Can do attitude
