Senior HR Business Partner / Dublin 9 - Hybrid working model / 12 month contractOur client is a national charity and are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their team for a FTC. The role will provide strategic and operational HR support to the organization with an emphasis on employee relations. Salary guide: circa €60's range plus benefits and flexitime.The Role:
  • Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and counsel on a range of HR matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the HR function.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations and a culture of open communication and trust.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance coaching.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction through the development of programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
The Candidate:
  • 3rd level degree in HR or a related field
  • Strong proven HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and strategic HR partnership.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success and enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a plus.
