Endpoint Security Support Engineer

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience with security systems, including desktop, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, anti-virus, device/application control.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving talents
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows, particularly server varieties.
- General familiarity with Linux based operating systems.
- Networking – IP addressing, certificate management (OpenSSL), web servers (Apache / Tomcat)
- 1 - 2 years of relevant support experience (deployment experience a plus).
- A willingness to acquire additional skills and qualifications as required.
- Fluent English, written and oral, with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or similar would be beneficial.
- Microsoft Security Certification SC-200
- Security qualifications such as CompTIA Security+
