- Develop and implement Marketing and Business Development (BD) plans, including client development and entertainment programs.
- Project manage the full legal directory submissions process and report on results for future strategy.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing and events programs aligned with the firm's strategy.
- Actively identify and build relationships with key industry associations, memberships, and networks.
- Source and identify suitable media and recognition awards opportunities.
- Develop and drive content to enhance the firm's reputation through effective use of communication channels and digital marketing.
- Maintain a content management system for firm messaging and marketing activity.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Support the firm's client relationship management/referral program.
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers, including web developers, graphic designers, printers, and advertising media.
- Support the group training function with Marketing and BD training modules.
- 3-5 years' marketing/business development experience (preferably in professional services).
- Degree qualified.
- Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Flexible and resourceful team player, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of key projects.
- Good understanding of the marketing & communication process.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, web, and social media platforms (Adobe InDesign is desirable but not essential).
- Analytical skills.
