Senior Sales Executive Person - Dublin

- Manage the group’s central reservation phone line.
- Assist and advise customers who are looking to book one of our venues.
- Process deposits and send booking confirmations.
- Upsell where appropriate, informing customers of additional services/options.
- Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Answer any customer queries relating to their booking when necessary.
- Reconfirming bookings when required.
- Work closely with the Group Sales manager on initiatives to increase bookings and drive new business.
- Monitor, review and report customer feedback from various channels e.g. social media, google and TripAdvisor
- Tourism and hospitality background
- Minimum 5 years in sales and similar role
- B2C sales
- Target & results driven
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Develop new clients for our food services and explore different channels for same – private, corporate, retail opprotunities
- Create new revenue streams through creative thinking and looking at innovative implementations
- Identify new business with local and tourist market
- Attend local chamber meetings

- Previous experience is desired with a minimum of five years’ experience, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Must have gift of the gab and be money hungry!
- Computer literate with excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in English language is essential, both written and oral
- Knowledge of Collins booking system would be a bonus (training available if required)
- Own transport is necessary as traveling will be required for this role
