The Wright Group is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative experiences for our guests.   • Manage the group’s central reservation phone line.
  • Assist and advise customers who are looking to book one of our venues.
  • Process deposits and send booking confirmations.
  • Upsell where appropriate, informing customers of additional services/options.
  • Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Answer any customer queries relating to their booking when necessary.
  • Reconfirming bookings when required.
  • Work closely with the Group Sales manager on initiatives to increase bookings and drive new business.
  • Monitor, review and report customer feedback from various channels e.g. social media, google and TripAdvisor
  • Tourism and hospitality background
  • Minimum 5 years in sales and similar role
  • B2C sales
  • Target & results driven
  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop new clients for our food services and explore different channels for same – private, corporate, retail opprotunities
  • Create new revenue streams through creative thinking and looking at innovative implementations
  • Identify new business with local and tourist market
  • Attend local chamber meetings
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Develop sales collateral

Education, Qualification & Experience Requirements:
  • Previous experience is desired with a minimum of five years’ experience, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Must have gift of the gab and be money hungry!
  • Computer literate with excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English language is essential, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of Collins booking system would be a bonus (training available if required)
  • Own transport is necessary as traveling will be required for this role
