The successful candidate will spend 6 months in each of the departments below where they will be exposed to a variety of tasks and projects.Category (6 Months)· Data Management, Analysis & Insight· Category Assessment Requirements· Range Reviews & their role in driving growth· Role of New Product Development within category process· Building compelling commercial propositions· Category vision and strategyMarketing (6 Months)· Social media planning, execution & evaluation· In-store campaign development & execution· New product development· PR & Influencer Marketing· Event Management· Budget Management· Insight Generation· OBFF Marketing Way· Team PresentationsCommercial (6 Months)· Learning the Business· Understanding the Business· Annual Sales Planning (ASP) & Joint Business Plan (JBP) process training· Participate in commercial ASP/JBP process for one account.· Identify sales opportunities in one account.What will make you successful in this role?
  • You will develop relationships and liaise with Production, Quality, as well as Supply Chain, Category, Commercial and Marketing teams
  • You will be able to multitask and keep many tasks and projects running parallel at the same time.
  • You have the capability to convey knowledge, passion and confidence when talking about our products and processes to a customer through active learning in the early stages of your employment.
  • You are ok with working in a pressurized, fast paced setting and adaptable to an ever-changing environment and customer demands.
  • You display our core values by being committed and ambitious to excel in the food industry.
  • You have the ability to think outside the box and identify solutions for the customer that fall within the business strategy.
  • Tenacity – “a Can do Now” attitude, waiting around won’t cut it!!!
So what are we looking for?The successful candidate will have a primary or master’s degree and is passionate about food. They will be able to juggle at number of customer plans and engagements and sales driving projects at once and are not easily put off by hard work and managing a number of departments/requests.
