- Develop and execute a strategy to establish a new product knowledge training team.
- Lead the development of product training programs and materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Deliver engaging and high-quality training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and lead a team of subject matter experts on product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain an effective document management process for training materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through product knowledge initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related leadership role with a focus on product training.
- Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or leadership are a plus.
- Experience working in a global context with diverse cultures.
- Demonstrated success in developing and delivering product training initiatives.
- Ability to travel regionally in Europe and globally as required.
