- Achieve all targets and objectives within territory.
- Manage and plan territory to achieve maximum results.
- Develop and implement annual business plan for key accounts, using agreed format.
- Monitor and evaluate customer and area performance against business plan, make appropriate changes where required.
- Develop, present and agree customer / event/ product specific proposals.
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition plan, using agreed format.
- Develop, manage and grow relationships with Wholesalers, as required.
- When required, work with Wholesalers Sales Representatives to ensure they are representing the company appropriately.
- Complete all required administration to agreed deadlines.
- Use sales support technology in an effective manner.
- Report on and make recommendations on response to competitor activities.
- Ensure all current and relevant POS materials, Price Lists and Brand Catalogues are available for every call.
- Be available to carry out special projects in line with Company/Corporate Development Plans.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in developing business plans and applying relevant and appropriate business development techniques, measures and behaviours
