Their portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines.Now they are going through a massive phase of growth among several of their sites and this one is no exception. They are growing their team out for their site in Donegal.They are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their team. This role is based in their Donegal site. ***Strong base salary and benefits package with this role**Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement facility/utility projects and support facilities management program to deliver safe and reliable utilities/facilities for customers and business.
- Create & lead the successful delivery of complex Facility & Utility projects, generate plans, managing the associated cost and time constraints.
- Interacting with Architects, M&E Designers/Engineers on matters relating to building services.
- Assisting Design teams on development of site-specific Facility/Utility equipment/processes as required.
- Commissioning, organising and assessing the work of contractors.
- Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
- Making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment.
- Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
- Generate and execute validation protocols, trials/ studies and create associated reports for facilities/utilities.
- Identification of opportunities for new technology and driving continuous improvement.
- Performing and analysing data, evaluating results, forming conclusions & contributing to Facility/Utility process improvements.
- Identification and implementation of Cost Improvement and innovative Opportunities for Facility Operations.
- Oversight of facilities/utilities preventative maintenance program
- Work Experience: 2 years related work experience
- Qualification: Certificate/Craft Certificate/Third Level Qualification in Engineering/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical
