Sous Chef is required for The Cross Guns, Cluain Mhuire, Drakestown, Castletown Navan, Co. Meath, Navan, Meath, C15F5A4 Skills: Responsible for the day-to-day running of any given section. Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation. Attend briefing for specia l functions if required to do so. Maintaining the cleanliness, stock control, organization, and standards of the section. Assisting with the ordering daily, whilst keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning, and business levels.
