Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Sales Manager in the Render Systems Industry!Our client, a leading wholesale supplier of building products serving the hardware trade in Ireland, is on the lookout for a dynamic Construction Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.They are looking for a Sales Manager with experience selling Render Products and Systems. You will ensure these products are used correctly in our clients building projects. It requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.Location: National Role - Travel within the Republic of Ireland required

Work Model: HybridResponsibilities:
  • Introducing new products and systems to the market.
  • Creating specifications for projects and providing technical information to clients.
  • Increasing sales by collaborating with architects, contractors, and building owners.
  • Writing detailed specifications using NBS guidelines.
  • Being proactive in addressing customer needs.
  • Conducting educational presentations for architects and contractors.
  • Visiting construction sites to understand project requirements.
  • Acquiring new clients and managing orders.
  • Reporting sales activities and analysing market competition.
  • Resolving customer issues and providing feedback to management.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and networking with professionals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with selling and developing render products and systems.
  • Understanding of basic construction techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and software for creating specifications, managing orders, and analysing market trends.
  • Familiarity with NBS (National Building Specification).
