Join a PE-backed financial services firm as they embark on an ambitious acquisition strategy. Supporting the Head of M&A and the CEO, the successful candidate will contribute across all stages of the deal lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include:

Identifying, analysing and proposing potential acquisition targets.

Reviewing and summarising financial and operational information provided by targets.

High-level financial modelling of normalised EBITDA and projected growth.

Managing external due diligence providers and legal advisors and critically assessing their outputs.

Reviewing the negotiation of legal agreements and managing related timelines.

Requirements for this RoleSuccessful candidate will likely have the following background:

A professional accountancy qualification with 0-2 years PQE.

Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory or similar.

A self-starter with a keen attention to detail, excellent commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
