The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or an office environment;
  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable desirable;
  • High level of computer competency;
  • Excellent administration and Communication Skills.
The RoleWorking to deliver key responsibilities within the agreed time frame, the successful candidate will be required to:
  • Work 5 days per week in the busy accounts department;
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal designated personnel;
  • Processes payments and documents such as bank transfers, cheques and invoices etc.;
  • Maintain and ensure files, records and reports are kept up to date;
  • Assist in processing weekly payroll.
