- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or an office environment;
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable desirable;
- High level of computer competency;
- Excellent administration and Communication Skills.
- Work 5 days per week in the busy accounts department;
- Liaise with suppliers and internal designated personnel;
- Processes payments and documents such as bank transfers, cheques and invoices etc.;
- Maintain and ensure files, records and reports are kept up to date;
- Assist in processing weekly payroll.
