RoleWe are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. As the primary partner to the Marketing team you will have enormous scope to help grow the business and will play a critical role in marketing strategy, planning, and execution.Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations and GTM teams, you’ll drive the delivery of seamless experiences for traffic and leads throughout the customer journey. You’ll develop and manage systems to take a user all the way from their first interaction to becoming a valued Keelvar customer.Our ideal candidate is someone who is data-driven with previous marketing operations and systems experience. You're a self-starter who enjoys both the strategic element of thinking through the long term roadmap or process needs, and getting hands on with creating, building, and managing the day-to-day. You’re comfortable with taking on complex projects or processes that are unstructured or at an early stage, and leading them through to completion. Alongside this, you’re very comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to be done to deliver.We are proud to be a remote-first company and this role can be based remotely in either Ireland, the UK, Germany, or the US.ResponsibilitiesOwn marketing systems architecture and strategy, ensuring that data and actionable insights pass seamlessly across systems, and regularly auditing and optimizing our stack to ensure it can support future growthImplementation, oversight and management of the marketing automation system and its integration with website properties, digital marketing programs, and CRM systems, which may include but not limited to: lead capture, landing pages, lead nurture/drip, campaigns, marketing chatbot, lead scoring and segmentation, lead data management, sales enablement, and reporting.Manage the health of our database, including data and enrichment quality, optimization, cleansing and deliverability, compliance management, and segmentation managementDevelopment of marketing automation programs and models, including lead/audience segmentation, scoring and ranking models, variety of lead nurture/drip campaigns, notification workflows, and more.Work across teams to define KPIs and funnel metrics, and develop the insights to measure the impact of marketing on the overall businessDocument operations processes and strategies, and train cross-functional teams when required to enable the successful adoption of optimized processes across the businessCollaborate with team and stakeholders on how to best capture and leverage data from sources such as external digital campaigns, website behavior insights, sales/CRM, product, customer support, etc. while keeping in compliance with GDPR and other regulations.Build standard reports/dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide the team visibility to funnel, campaign and tactic performance. Make recommendations on improvements based on findings.Creative proposals on how to apply new marketing automation features, best practices, and innovations in marketing tactics that support the overall strategy.Involvement in digital marketing campaigns and other martech tool decisions.Deliver key insights on marketing campaigns, and make recommendations based on interpretations of data.Your profileIdeally, you have 4-5 years of Marketing Operations or related role, preferably with a technology/SaaS company.Understanding of the martech / sales landscape and experience with marketing automation martech tools (HubSpot preferred). HubSpot certification is a bonus.Strategic, analytical and creative thinker with a deep understanding of GTM excellence.Ability to combine strategic, analytical thinking, with hands-on execution.Good understanding of full-funnel and sales pipeline metrics and KPIs.Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on large data sets.Proactive communicator comfortable managing multiple priorities with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations based on data-driven insights.Highly detail-oriented and data driven with an understanding of how one change might affect other processes downstream.You love to design, tinker-with and implement innovative processes to achieve best results.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.Self-motivation, resourcefulness and a bias towards ownership and action.You thrive in an environment of mutual respect, openness and collaboration.
