Contract – 1 YearOur client is a leading biopharmaceutical company that is an industry leader in medicines in areas of urgent medical need. We're on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst proficient in Alteryx to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in data analysis, statistics, and programming, demonstrating expertise in leveraging Alteryx for data manipulation, transformation, and visualization. As a Data Analyst, you'll be pivotal in extracting insights from extensive datasets, streamlining processes, and offering actionable recommendations to steer business decisions.Responsibilities:
- Employ Alteryx to extract, clean, and transform data from diverse sources for analysis.
- Create and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate repetitive data tasks and enhance productivity.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to unearth trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop and deploy data visualizations and dashboards using Alteryx and other BI tools for effective communication of insights.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement solutions to ensure accuracy.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data analytics, Alteryx, and associated technologies.
- Offer training and support to colleagues on Alteryx usage and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Alteryx Designer, encompassing expertise in data blending, spatial analysis, predictive analytics, and macros.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling large datasets.
- Solid grasp of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams is advantageous.
- Alteryx Designer certification is preferred but not mandatory.
