- Negotiate and secure exclusivity deals and longer-term contracts with clients to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Drive new business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand our client base.
- Re-activate lapsed clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Upsell and cross-sell to our existing client base.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads, enhance brand identity/recognition, and attract candidates.
- Utilise various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content creation to reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the existing team in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a high level of candidate and client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
- Plan and organise recruitment-related events such as job fairs, company events, networking events, and training sessions for both staff and clients.
- Coordinate logistics and manage project timelines to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit proposals and tenders in response to client requirements and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and customise proposals to meet client needs.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up on opportunities to secure new business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in any of the following; marketing, sales or recruitment
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
