- Manage the beverage sales budget, excluding wine, with a focus on maximizing profitability
- Lead staff induction and ongoing training initiatives, fostering a team of knowledgeable and skilled associates
- Take charge of stock management, including purchasing, maintenance, and regular stocktaking
- Uphold and enhance the hotel’s culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and innovative promotional initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of bar managerial experience
- Expertise in cocktails and mixology, with a passion for delivering exceptional beverage experiences
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through successful management of food & beverage teams
- Proficient in IT, including MS Office and Excel, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Previous experience in a busy food and beverage environment is essential
