- Engage with new and existing customers & showcase our outstanding Quality and Customer Service.
- Represent our company's products and services.
- Generate sales leads and cold call potential customers and follow-up with leads and enquiries provided by the office.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
- Provide solutions tailored to our customer's needs by conducting the survey with the client and Coordinate with Solar PV engineer to identify the most optimal and cost-efficient solar systems and represent same to the client (residential/commercial).
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Develop relationships with industry specialists such as architects, developers, engineers, and other key industry representatives.
- Contribute toward developing, implementing, and improving the sales process.
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for your region with Management.
- At least 3 years of proven sales/business development experience
- Confident, Assertive with Strong Communication Skills.
- Solar PV & battery storage experience is a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of energy efficiency in the home & associated products.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
- Sales experience and a proven track record.
- B2C sales experience.
- Problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
- You must hold a full clean Irish driving license.
- Technical knowledge.
- Personal integrity.
- Ability to travel.
