We are currently embarking on an ambitious growth agenda to match changing customer attitudes and expectations around the provision of Financial Advice. To support this growth, we are looking for experienced Financial Advisors to join the team.The role of digital advisor is an exciting opportunity for those with a passion for helping customers. The role offers lots of variety, delivering financial advice across protection, investment, and retirement planning needs, to new and existing customers. Providing financial advice to new and existing customers on their financial needs, making appropriate recommendations in accordance with Irish Life advice and compliance standards,
Delivering superior customer satisfaction - answering customer queries, developing financial plans to help meet their needs and communicating financial advice in clear, straightforward terms,
Working to agreed targets and standards - achieving challenging performance and KPI targets,
Building and developing relationships with new customers, and pro-actively engaging with an existing client bank,
Ensuring compliance with Company policies, regulatory and professional requirements,
Adhering to appropriate risk management procedures to control, monitor and report on business activities,
Keeping up to date with all changes in the commercial environment and completes Continual Professional Development (CPD) on an ongoing basis.

The Person:The successful candidate should ideally possess the following:

A proven track record of success in a consumer-facing sales role, with at least two year's experience providing regulated financial advice to customers,
A strong ambition and drive to succeed, with an ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team,
Excellent relationship and communication skills,
Experience in engaging with customers using remote technologies is an advantage,
Possess QFA (have passed all 'Qualified Financial Advisor' exams) and be up to date on all CPD requirements,
A minimum education standard of a 3rd Level Qualification.

Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank. This requires the company to complete prescribed due diligence to assess the appointee's fitness and probity.
