Are you interested in working in Cairdeas, a day care service for adults with Intellectual Disabilities? Duties can include:- • Assisting Service Users in day to day tasks, such as swimming, shopping, cooking crafts, music, etc. • Working alongside and supporting Service Users to take part in programmes, courses, events, work tasks, etc. • Working alongside care staff to support the personal and daily care of service users. • Be involved in the day to day setting up, upkeep and cleaning of the centre, garden and its outreaches in Tullow. • Holding a Full B Driving Licence would be an advantage to be able to gain valuable experience of how to safely transport Service Users to and from home, events and activities. • Have the opportunity to train as a healthcare worker. • Applicants must have a good command of English, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
