Osborne is currently recruiting on behalf of a superbly regarded, growing, Irish law practice which is seeking to add a Legal Executive to its market-leading healthcare law team.
The successful candidate can expect to work as part of a team providing advice and legal solutions to a range of clients on wide ranging healthcare law issues including medical/dental negligence claims, inquests, Medical Council matters, Tribunal Hearings and potential contractual and ethical issues.About the Role:

Salary:€35,000 – €45,000 DOE
Hours:9am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Dublin 2

Role and Responsibilities:

Liaising with a wide range of Defence Litigation clients, dealing with, redirecting and escalating queries as necessary;
Collating complex medical documentation;
Preparing briefs for counsel;
Performing legal research;
Updating the in-house case management system;
Progressing matters effectively and managing the diary to ensure accurate scheduling of next steps;
Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Candidate Characteristics:

Graduate in Law, Medicine or other related subject;
2+ years of experience in a Legal Support role in a busy, corporate law firm;
Experienced dealing with litigation matters (personal injury, medical negligence, healthcare etc.) with experience on the defence side being advantageous.
